Research for Jim Morrison's Pardon Reveals Bizarre Details
Doors singer Jim Morrison joked about having sex with a lamb, was wearing boxer shorts and urged audience members to "Grab your [expletive deleted] friend and love him!" at the 1969 concert in Miami for which he was accused and convicted of profanity and indecent exposure. The details of the concert have come to light as part of outgoing Florida Governor Charlie Crist's effort to pardon Morrison for the conviction, which the singer was appealing at the time of his death in 1971
Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler will pay tribute to Paul McCartney by covering the last four songs on Abbey Road when McCartney is honored at the Kennedy Center Honors in Washington, D.C. on Sunday.
