In this day and age it seems that it is harder and harder to get a customer service agent on the phone. More and more of companies are using the automation machine more than just answering the phone. Or if they DO utilize the automated service then PLEASE put the Operator / Customer Service option at the first of the phone call and not bury it somewhere at the end of the opening jibberish that they are preaching to you. I have noticed certain companies have Policeman at their locations. It's probably due to the upset customers who can't get the operator from their cell phones and have to come in and yell at them. Or your just paying your bill in the wrong neighborhood lol!! Good day to ya:)
