After getting clearance to play in China for the first time, Bob Dylan will now also play Vietnam for the first time. Dylan will appear at an 8,250-capacity stadium in Ho Chi Minh City on April 10. "We are bringing him here because Bob Dylan is a very important legend of music and we think it's important that Vietnamese people, particularly the younger generation, are exposed to his legacy and what he's done for music," said Rod Quinton, general manager of Saigon Sound System, according to a Billboard report.
