Battery powered radio with extra batteries
Flashlight with extra batteries
Flares
Winter hat, gloves, scarf
Blanket or sleeping bag
Jumper cables
Tire repair kit and pump
Extra fuses
Tool kit, including shovel, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, socket wrenches
Duct tape
Fire extinguisher (small canister, ABC type)
First aid kit and manual
Road maps
Bottles of water
Non-perishable high-energy foods
Fullly Charged Cell phone and extra battery and charger!!
