If the costume fits, wear it. Police in Lincoln, Nebraska arrested a man dressed as a Breathalyzer for Halloween for drunk driving, reports the Lincoln Journal Star. Police pulled over 19-year-old Matthew Nieveen after they spotted him weaving along the road while he was heading home early Monday following a Halloween party. Blood-alcohol tests revealed he was more than two times over the legal limit. He was cited for driving under the influence and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
