A couple of months ago while I was on Facebook, an old friend popped up on instant message. It was Bob Lawrence. Bob was my first radio boss and the original program director for T-95. Bob launched Wichita's first album rock radio station in 1979. It quickly became one of the most listened to radio stations in Wichita. Jan worked in the news department from the very beginning and Bob hired me in February of 1980 when I was toiling nights as a club D.J.
Long story short, Bob thought it would be great if we could get the original T-95 airstaff together again...at least for lunch. Several e-mails and instant messages later, it happened and on Saturday December 11th at The Anchor in downtown Wichita...we were all together again, 30 years later! It was fantastic seeing everyone in the same place! What great memories were shared. ~ Phil ~

It was really fun to see everyone and remember the good times we shared circa 1980. We should all strive to treasure today and everyday, and remember that "these are the good old days". ~ Jan ~
