It's a tough assignment, but somebody has to do it. Our neighbors are leaving Wichita and the beautiful house next door to ours. Sounds simple enough, but the plot thickens...their driveway and ours lie next to each other, forming one wide common drive...a seam divides us. I am a TERRIBLE backer-outer, so if there is a car towards the end of the neighbor's drive, I am in a heap of trouble...maybe I should ask to interview each prospective buyer...probably not gonna happen, but wish I could. I guess there are some condos in our neighborhood where you have to be voted-in, probably not the case on our block...but if it were...only the courteous need apply.
