A salute in last year's Pin Stripe Bowl that was ruled excessive celebration raised a lot of questions as to just what consitituted excessive celebration. At Big12 Media day yesterday, Big 12 Coordinator of officials, Walt Anderson had some welcome things to say about the celebration rules.
