I was thrilled to read about the man in Leavenworth (the town not the federal prison) who set-up a camera to catch whomever had been throwing an empty bottle of tea his yard, each day for years. He caught the woman on tape and she was cited and fined a hefty fine. How could she justify what she did? How could anyone. I realized the other day that in every house I have lived in I have been near the corner. It seems those yards near the corner always get the most trash dumped on them. I guess people approach a stop sign to a busy street and say to themselves, "Well, here I go into traffic, better lose this beer bottle (pop can, chip bag, pair of socks) right now!
