For the first time, I turned my heater on in my house. I was holding out as long as I could. I am one of those who hates electric bills and I try not to use much to keep my costs down and one of those is to not use the heater. I would walk around the house at night and sleep in sweat pants and a sweat shirt and I have a down comforter. But the last few nights, I finally gave in and am now using my heater. I haven't experienced a Kansas winter yet so I can imagine the heater will be on and used a lot for the next 3 months or so. 2-3 less drive thru's a week and hopefully that can pay my electric bill. :)
